Job Description

Assistant Manager-Structural Design

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Design of permanent and temporary structural steel projects, including metro, bridges, and flyovers.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals with excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to design structures independently.
  • Proficiency in the latest Indian and international codes.
  • Knowledge of design, detailing, modeling, fabrication, and erection processes.
  • Ability to interpret and conceptualize engineering drawings with design precision.
  • Basic knowledge of estimation and preparation of BOQ.
  • Initiative in updating/modifying formwork systems as per site requirements.
  • Responsible for producing and checking steelwork connections and design calculations.

Key Skills Required

  • Structural steel design (permanent & temporary works metro, bridges, flyovers)
  • Strong civil engineering fundamentals
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to design structures independently
  • Proficiency in Indian & international design codes
