Role Overview: As a Structural Engineer at StruEngineers, your role will involve performing structural analysis, design, detailing, and related tasks. You will be responsible for design documentation, ensuring quality control, coordinating projects, and managing project communication. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and modelers, review work done by design engineers and graduate engineers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. You will also actively participate in project design reviews and discussions. Key Responsibilities: - Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing tasks - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and modelers - Review work done by design engineers and graduate engineers - Ensure quality and timely delivery of work - Participate in project design reviews and discussions Qualifications Required: - ME / M-Tech / MS / Bachelor's in civil engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering - 10-15 years of work experience in structural engineering, specifically in the precast domain - Working knowledge of ACI, ASCE, and AISC codes, with experience in US projects - Hands-on experience with software such as ETABS and SAFE; experience with other software will be a plus - Design experience in Prestress systems/elements, Precast and RCC structures, steel connection design, etc., will be advantageous About StruEngineers: StruEngineers is a subsidiary of StruSoft Sweden, with over 30 years of experience in developing software and services for the building industry.
