Knowledge in ITIL framework which includes Incident, Change, Problem management. Able to monitor the health of network and traffic flow capture using monitoring tools. Good understanding and knowledge on DNS / DHCP / IPAM technologies. Industry standard certification like CCNA is desired. CCNP / CCIE is optional. You will be working on industry leading technology and products including Cisco, HP, Aruba, etc. You will be troubleshooting complex network incidents across the regions. You will be implementing complex changes in network devices like Routers, Switches and Wireless controllers. Troubleshooting the incident events and logging history through tools including Spectrum, Solarwinds, DNAC, ACI. Working in Ticketing tools like Service-Now. Good understanding on ITIL frameworks. Provide quality of service to our customers for the ticket assigned to you. Communicate effectively to the customers on the ticket you are working to avoid escalations and improve customer satisfaction levels. Sn. Lead Engineer - Transmission Line Location- Gurugram/cyber city Roles & Responsibilities: - Design transmission structures and power lines for high voltage applications. Prepare and review technical specifications and drawings. Conduct engineering analysis and simulations for transmission line design. Mentor and train lower-level engineers and team members. Perform independent reviews of work performed by others, including calculations, drawings, specification, and transmission line PLS-CADD models. Provide support to the project team during construction and installation. Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure project goals are met. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Perform field work as required to support design, construction, and commissioning activities. Role & responsibilities A. Dewatering System Design Perform design and hydraulic analysis of temporary and permanent construction dewatering systems for deep excavations. Determine appropriate WellPoint, deep well, or educator systems based on groundwater conditions and project needs. Evaluate drawdown requirements and perform seepage and flow modeling as needed. B. Deep Foundation System Design Design and analyze deep foundation systems , including: Drilled shafts / caissons Auger cast piles Micropiles Tiedowns / anchors Develop load capacity estimates and perform axial, lateral, and uplift capacity analyses. Provide recommendations for installation methods and load testing programs. C. Ground Improvement Design Design ground improvement systems such as: Grouting techniques (jet, compaction, permeation) Soil mixing Stone columns Vibro-compaction Preloading and surcharging Evaluate effectiveness of various techniques based on site conditions and performance criteria. Develop monitoring and quality control plans for ground improvement works. D. Geotechnical Interpretation & Parameter Estimation Review and interpret Geotechnical Investigation Reports (GIRs) , bore logs, lab testing data, and in-situ test results (SPT, CPT, Pressure meter, etc.). Estimate design soil parameters including strength, stiffness, permeability, and settlement characteristics. Prepare geotechnical design models and ground profiles to support analytical and numerical simulations. General Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, construction managers, and geologists. Prepare detailed design reports, calculation packages, drawings, and specifications. Provide technical support during construction and participate in design revisions based on site conditions. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, AASHTO) and local regulations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering. 10+ years of relevant experience in geotechnical design for infrastructure, buildings, or heavy civil projects. Proficiency in geotechnical software tools (e.g., PLAXIS, SLIDE, LPile, DEEP excavation, Allpile, Shoring Suite, Snail or similar). Strong analytical skills with experience in both empirical and numerical methods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Develop earth retention systems including: Soldier beam and lagging Secant pile walls Tangent pile walls Sheet pile walls Shotcrete systems with soil nails or rock bolts Tie-backs (earth anchors) Underpinning of existing structures Prepare design drawings, technical reports, and calculation packages to support construction and permitting. Evaluate geotechnical data, soil investigation reports, and laboratory test results to inform design decisions. Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure constructability and cost-effective solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., AASHTO, ACI, AISC, FHWA, local building codes ). Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to ground movement, adjacent structure stability, and excavation safety. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering. Above 8 years of experience in geotechnical design, specifically related to earth retention and support systems. Proficiency in geotechnical design software e.g., PLAXIS, GEO5, WALLAP, DYWIDAG, LPILE, SLIDE, etc. Familiarity with Civil 3D knowledge will be of added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
