Civil Engineering Graduate or post graduate from reputed engineering collegeExcellent in communication skillsRevit structures would be an added advantageStrong AutoCAD skills required for IMPACT BIM system user testing Minimum Requirement 3+ years of Precast experienceExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to lead meetings and provide effective support to team members and clients.Experience with AutoCAD and Unitechnik standards is a plus.Ability to conduct performance and sprint tests efficiently.Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and technologies.Key Responsibilities: Manual Testing:Perform manual testing of the IMPACT software on a cloud-based network with both local and cloud databases and services.Software Knowledge:Maintain a thorough 360-degree understanding of the software to aid in problem-solving, performance improvement, and documentation of progress.Bug Reporting:Use FogBugz to report cases as bugs, features, and other relevant categories.Issue Resolution Testing:Test the master and specific case branches to ensure that reported issues are resolved.Collaboration with Development Team:Work closely with the development team during new releases to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Smoke and High-Level Testing:Conduct smoke testing and high-level testing during code freeze periods to ensure stability and performance.Sprint and Performance Testing:Conduct sprint and performance tests as required to maintain software efficiency and effectiveness.Weekly Issue Resolution Meetings:Conduct weekly meetings to discuss and resolve issues faced during the week.Team and Client Support:Provide support to team members or clients through calls as needed to address and resolve issues.Unitechnik Testing:Perform intensive testing for Unitechnik standards for AutoCAD and PM to ensure compliance and functionality.Database/SQL Navigation:Navigate and perform simple operations using Database/SQL to support testing and issue resolution.
Performing structural analysis, structural design / detailing and related work including design documentation, quality control, project coordination/communication and project management.Technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical modelers.Guide and review work done by design engineers and graduate engineers.Responsible for quality and timely delivery of work.Participate and contribute to project design reviews and discussions. Qualifications ME / M-Tech / MS / bachelors in civil engineering with focus on Structural Engineering10-15 years work experience in structural engineering precast domain.Working knowledge of ACI/ASCE/AISC codes, US project experience.Hands on experience with ETABS, SAFE other will be plus.Design experience of Prestress systems/elements, Precast and RCC structures, steel connection design etc is plus.
