Job Description

Role Overview: Siemens Energy is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their international team working on pioneering solutions for global projects within the Oil & Gas industry. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structures for various applications, preparing design reports, reviewing weight reports, creating framing plans and elevations, developing lifting arrangements, preparing material take-offs, and coordinating construction and installation activities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and analyze structures for E House, Skids, Modular Container, and offshore structures in compliance with relevant codes and standards - Prepare Structural Design Reports, Miscellaneous Design Reports, and Steel Framing plans - Review Weight & Control Reports and prepare connection details - Create Deck plating, grating layout, and Equipment support plans - Develop Architectural Floor Plans, Exterior Elevations, and Insulation Layouts - Prepare Foundation plans, Penetration details, and specifications for proposed solutions - Coordinate construction work, review documents and drawings, and provide guidance to team members - Utilize computer-aided design software for structural modeling and have proficiency in various engineering tools such as SACS, ANSYS/FEMAP, Staad Pro, and AutoCAD - Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ensure compliance with international building codes and class approvals Qualifications Required: - Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering (Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred) - At least 7 years of experience in a similar role - Professional experience in developing blueprints and designs for structures - Proficiency in computer-aided design software and engineering tools - Ability to interpret construction drawings and work effectively in a team environment - Advanced knowledge of build materials, techniques, and international building codes Please note that additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
