This is a value home/residential project with 2-phased construction. The Project provides technical support to the project team and primarily the senior project engineer, focusing on primary and secondary control, dimensional verification, and quality control/quality assurance activities related to structural trades. This support may also extend to trades that interface with the structure or across the whole project. The Values that Shape The Way We Consult, And Define The People We Want To Join Us On Our Journey are: - Safety first - Ensuring everyone goes home safe and well - Client focus - Delivering on our promise - Integrity - Always doing the right thing - Creating opportunities for our people to excel Responsibilities: - Establishing and maintaining secondary control on the project from primary control. - Providing dimensional control for main contractor works. - Carrying out defined inspections to allow Mace verification of the works. - Collating comprehensive quality records and ensuring they are updated and maintained. - Reviewing design information to determine if there are sufficient details to construct the works. - Acting as a TWS (dependent on individual competency) as stipulated in Mace TW procedure. - Maintaining a comprehensive site diary and ensuring it is accurately updated and maintained. - Providing coaching and guidance to junior team members. - Developing working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders. - Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
