Job Description – Structural Draughtsman (RCC & Steel) - Residential Projects Company: Reidius Infra Pvt. Ltd. Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Position: Structural Draughtsman – RCC & Steel Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month About the Company Reidius Infra Pvt. Ltd., based in Jaipur, is a design-driven construction company specializing in residential and interior projects. With a strong focus on transparency, quality, and timely delivery, Reidius Infra provides end-to-end project solutions with a modern and client-centric approach. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed structural drawings for RCC and steel works including slabs, beams, columns, foundations, and trusses. Develop reinforcement detailing, bar bending schedules, and fabrication drawings as per Indian Standards. Interpret architectural and structural inputs to create accurate working drawings. Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, PMC teams, and site staff to ensure clarity and constructability. Maintain drawing accuracy, version control, and timely revisions as per project requirements. Assist in providing technical support during project execution and address drawing/site-related queries. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Diploma/ITI in Civil/Structural Drafting or related field. Experience: 2–6 years in structural drafting (RCC & Steel), preferably in residential projects. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/Tekla will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of IS codes (IS 456, IS 800, etc.) and structural detailing standards. Exposure to PMC (Project Management Consultancy) projects will be preferred. Eye for detail, accuracy, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
