Structural Designer

As a 3D designer specializing in interior and structural design at Exhicon Group, your role involves using software to create three-dimensional visualizations of interior spaces and structural elements for clients or design teams. You will be responsible for tasks such as modeling, rendering, and potentially creating animations of spaces while ensuring the functional and structural integrity of the design. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating detailed 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, and structural components using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max. - Generating photorealistic images and videos of the designed spaces to present the project to clients and stakeholders. - Understanding and visualizing the structural aspects of a design to ensure compliance with building codes and structural requirements. - Communicating design concepts effectively through 3D models and visualizations to help clients understand the proposed design and its features. - Collaborating with clients to incorporate their needs and preferences into the design process. - Maintaining proficiency in various 3D modeling and rendering software, staying updated with industry trends, and working with architects and interior designers to ensure a cohesive design. - Preparing detailed design plans, specifications, and project documentation. Qualifications required for this role: - Degree or diploma in Interior Design, 3D Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Structural Engineering. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Experience in the construction industry is a plus. In addition to the above, you should possess strong skills in 3D modeling software like AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, the ability to create high-quality renderings and animations, understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes, awareness of structural elements and their impact on design, excellent communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in design and visualization.
