Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Structural Designer with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) and at least 5 years of professional experience in structural design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing safe, efficient, and cost-effective structural systems for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments in multiple international and domestic codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and modelling using software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or similar
• Prepare detailed design reports, calculations, and construction drawings
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure design integration
• Coordinate with client and third party vetting agency for getting the approval
• Provide inputs to the draftsman for preparing necessary structural drawings at various stages of the project.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and draftsmen

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
• Working Knowledge of various International Codes and Standards
