As a Structural Engineer cum Design Coordinator, your role will involve leading, coordinating, and managing the design and execution aspects of structural engineering works. Your strong technical expertise in structural design and hands-on experience in project execution will be crucial in ensuring seamless integration between design intent and on-site implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a Design Coordinator to facilitate communication between the design team, concessionaire, and PMC team for ongoing projects. - Understand the design prepared by the Design consultant and coordinate with related stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. - Collaborate with the site execution team to address technical queries and ensure the design intent is achieved. - Provide support in resolving design-related issues during both pre-construction and construction stages. **Key Skills & Competencies:** - Detailed understanding of structural design drawings and construction methodologies. - Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and AutoCAD is preferred. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively resolve technical conflicts. - In-depth knowledge of structural design codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Excellent coordination and communication skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. As a preferred background, experience working as a Structural Design engineer will be beneficial. Candidates with similar execution experience will be given preference for this role.
