Job Description

Job Title: Structural Design Engineer- Water Projects

Location:

Role Overview:

Structural Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
structural analysis and design
for water-related facilities such as
clarifiers, sedimentation tanks, aeration tanks, pump houses, pipe racks, and supporting structures
.
Prepare
design calculations, STAAD Pro models, and detailed drawings
for RCC and steel structures.
Ensure compliance with
IS codes, ACI, Eurocode, and other international standards
.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for project execution and client deliverables.
Conduct
structural adequacy checks
and provide solutions for retrofitting or strengthening existing structures.
Prepare
technical reports, BOQs, and design documentation
.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of
RCC and Steel Structures
in water infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in
STAAD Pro
,
AutoCAD
, and other structural design tools.
Familiarity with
hydraulic structures
, load combinations, and geotechnical considerations for water projects.
Ability to interpret and apply
international and Indian design codes
.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
;
Masters in Structural Engineering
preferred.
815 years of relevant experience in
structural design for WTP/STP projects
.
