Job Description

: B.E. / B. Tech (Civil / Structural Engineering)

Responsibilities

Analyze the configurations of basic structural components.
Calculate the pressures, stresses, and strains that each component will experience from human use or environmental factors such as weather or earthquakes.
Apply expert knowledge of forces acting on various structures.
Collaborate with other designers, including mechanical engineers, to ensure safe designs that align with the aesthetic concept of the construction.
Examine structures at risk of collapse and provide recommendations to improve their structural integrity, such as removing or repairing defective parts or rebuilding the structure.
Create drawings, specifications, and computer models of steel building structures, along with design documents for client or consultant submission.
Attend meetings with clients and consultants to explain designs and obtain approvals.
Coordinate with construction contractors to ensure newly erected buildings are structurally sound.
Visit construction sites as needed to inspect and guide construction activities.

Note:-

Proficiency in STAAD is essential
