Civil Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of civil, structural, and architectural designs for transmission line projects, ensuring alignment with quality standards, project specifications, and deadlines.
  
• Ensure full compliance with

  SEC

  (Saudi Electricity Company) standards and other regulatory requirements, including

  PTS

  ,

  NGSA

  , and

  RC

  .
• Apply international codes and standards such as

  ACI

  ,

  IEEE 691-2001

  , and other relevant frameworks during design development.
• Provide specialized design expertise in

  tower foundations

  , with an emphasis on

  deep foundations

  ,

  lattice

  , and

  monopole tower

  structures.
• Perform structural analysis and design using engineering software including

  STAAD Pro

  ,

  STAAD Foundation

  , and

  MATHCAD

  .
• Defend and justify engineering designs to clients and approval authorities, ensuring designs meet both technical and regulatory requirements.
  
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of civil design with other engineering disciplines.
  
• Implement and maintain internal quality control measures in accordance with the

  Quality Management System (QMS)

  .
• Archive and manage project documentation in compliance with the company's

  Document Management System (DMS)

  .
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, engineering trends, and innovations through continuous professional development.
  
• Ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded through proactive communication and high-quality deliverables.

• Strong working knowledge of

• Demonstrated experience in designing various tower foundation types, particularly

• Basic understanding of transmission line infrastructure, including tower types, families, and gantries for various voltage levels.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
