Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Design Engineer - Bridges, located in Bengaluru. The Structural Design Engineer - Bridges will be responsible for conducting structural analysis, preparing and reviewing design calculations, and developing detailed structural engineering designs.

Requirements:

Essential

?Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (MTech (Structures) + B.E. (Civil)

?3+ years of experience in the design of PT slab/Beam/Steel/Bridge for Building structures.

?Proficient in design software such as ADAPT.

?Proficient in all Microsoft Office software particularly MS Excel and Word.

Desirable

?Familiarity with IS codes and / or Eurocodes.

?Experience of the design and / or assessment of structures in Post Tensioned Slab/Beam for building

?Experience of the design and / or assessment of building / structures in a range of materials including steel, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, composite, masonry.

?Experience of the design and / or assessment of foundations / earth retaining structures.

?Familiarity with a range of engineering software's such as ETABs/SAFE/STAAD PRO

?Familiarity with the use of AutoCAD and / or Revit.

Responsibilities

You will be a Design Engineer within the Structures team carrying out the design and checking of a range of elements associated with Post tensioned Building projects. You will be responsible for:

• Production of design solutions for PT Buildings and Structures projects including analysis, production andchecking of design drawings, specifications, design reports.
• Working to technical quality standards.
• Delivering projects to time and budget.
• Liaising with Client based customers in a responsive and client focused manner.
