Structural Design Engineer

As a Civil Engineering Drafter at our company, your role will involve preparing detailed drawings of architectural designs and plans for buildings. You will use computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop project drawings and collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to understand project requirements. Ensuring that all drawings and plans adhere to industry standards and regulations will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be required to revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed structural designs for civil engineering projects. - Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations. - Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers. - Perform structural analysis and calculations to support designs. - Create and review technical drawings and specifications. - Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly. - Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance. - Identify and resolve design issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: - Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and structural design. - Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
