Stringer Supervisor

1. Will check manpower availability before starting the shift

2. If the manpower is not proper, meaning less, then the operator will be set on the machine accordingly.

3. Make sure the operator fills out the log sheet correctly.

4. Make sure that the Stinger machine is working properly according to the parameters.

5. It will be the responsibility of providing training to the stringer operator.

6. Check whether the auto layup machine is working properly as per its parameters.

7. Responsible for setting parameters in the auto layup machine during changeover.

8. Verify that you have all necessary materials, including solar cells, copper ribbons, and any other required supplies.

9. Verify that the technical parameter like vacuum pressure, temperature etc.

10. Verify that operators are place solar cells into the stringer machine. Ensure they are properly aligned.

11. Verify that operators are changing the ribbon spool by proper changing method.

12. Verify that operators are checking for any defects or damage to the cells before starting the process.

13. Verify that operators are proper align of the cell pallet near the machine.

14. Verify that operators are carefully open the cell box and place the cell into the cell basket.

15. Verify that operators are checking and verifying the cutting machine parameters such as laser, water etc.

16. Verify that operators are checking and verifying the proper cutting of cells during the cutting process and if found not ok then check the parameter and adjust accordingly.

17. Verify that operators are configuring the stringer machine settings according to the type of solar cells being used.

18. Verify that operators are use the machine to solder copper ribbons to the busbars of the solar cells, connecting them in series to form strings.

19. Verify that operators are keeping an eye on the soldering process to ensure it is done correctly and efficiently.

20. Verify that operators are allowing the machine to connect the solar cells into strings using the copper ribbons.

21. Verify that operators are ensuring that the connections are secure and that there are no breaks in the strings.

22. Verify that operators are identification of defects in string such as mirco cracks, lead cross, cell chips, dead cell etc. put the defective string to the string rework tray.

23. Verify that operators are keeping accurate records of production data, including the number of strings produced and any issues encountered.

24. Verify that operators are maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace, ensuring that tools and materials are properly stored and accessible.

25. Responsible for providing daily production data to shift Incharge.

26. Responsible for following instructions which are given by shift incharge.

27. Verify that operators are following safety protocols and procedures.

28. Verify that operators are providing proper follow ups about whole day activities and also providing production plan to their reliever.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
