Strength & Durability Testing in Lab

As a Project Manager with expertise in Strength & Durability Testing, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and milestones. - Testing Management: Coordinate the execution of tests. - Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders such as design and CAE teams. - Conduct effective root cause investigation and countermeasure development. - Team Management & Training: Manage the team effectively and impart necessary training. Qualification Requirements: - Hands-on experience in fatigue durability testing and road load data acquisition. - Proficiency with hydraulic actuators, data loggers, and sensors like strain gauge, accelerometer, WFT etc. - Familiarity with data analysis software such as GlyphWorks to extract meaningful insights. - Ability to understand component characteristics and drawings, and operate UG software. - Strong fundamentals and extensive experience in related functional areas like CAE, suspension design, sheet metal, and knowledge of materials. - Exposure to vehicle simulation is optional. In addition, as a behavioral requirement, you should possess good analytical and presentation skills, decision-making skills, be a team player, and demonstrate future planning and conceptualization thinking. You should also exhibit openness to learning, sharing experiences, be skillful with equipment, and disseminate learning in the related field to group members.,
