As a Streamsets ETL Developer (AVP) at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in the Project Proteus, which aims to transform DWS into a standalone Asset Management platform. Your expertise will contribute to the strategic future state technology landscape for all DWS Corporate Functions globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality software within an agile development lifecycle. - Develop and rigorously test ETL solutions and pipelines. - Define and enhance the architecture of components, contributing to department and bank-wide architectural decisions. - Demonstrate end-to-end accountability for work/projects, following robust engineering practices. - Translate business requirements into technical designs and conduct code reviews. - Lead and collaborate across teams, manage stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and bring industry knowledge into the team. - Work closely with stakeholders, Functional Analysis, and Quality Assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues. **Skills And Experience:** - Bachelor's Degree in Science or an IT-related discipline. - 10-14 years of hands-on experience with Oracle/SQL Server and Unix. - Proficiency in developing and optimizing ETL Pipelines, complex queries, stored procedures, and functions. - Solid understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling. - Familiarity with HDFS, Kafka, Microservices, Splunk, cloud-based platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS), scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Groovy), and agile delivery frameworks. - Experience with distributed version control tools and CI/CD systems. **Nice to have:** - Hands-on experience with StreamSets, exposure to Python, and GCP cloud.
