Strategy - Transaction Advisory- Consultant

Role Overview: You will be a part of the GN Transaction Advisory team of Accenture Strategy, working closely with GN Industry/Functional Consulting Teams, Client Account Teams, and Global PE Consulting Leadership. Your role will involve identifying and converting opportunities, managing complex engagements, and building a team rapidly across different geographies. Key Responsibilities: - **Project Delivery:** - Lead the day-to-day execution of complex consulting projects for Private Equity and Corporate clients. - Manage projects across Pre-Deal phase, Deal Execution phase, and Value Creation / Scaling of Portfolio/Target companies. - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery to clients through effective team management, defining deliverables, prioritizing tasks, and setting deadlines. - **Business Development:** - Identify and convert client opportunities by fostering relationships with Global PE/M&A Leadership, Client Account Teams, and Client stakeholders in PE/Corporates globally. - Support RFP discussions, prepare proposal documents, and conduct Client Orals with the assistance of Accenture Bid Managers and Client Account Leads. - Utilize knowledge and methods to help account teams originate new projects/extensions. - **Practice Development:** - Contribute to the development of new assets/IP, thought capital, and POVs/Offerings to enhance your team's profile and generate demand. - Conduct Brown Bag sessions, provide mentoring, and share knowledge to upskill team members. - Attend trainings and certifications on emerging concepts to stay relevant in the market. Qualification and Experience Requirements: - MBA from a Tier 1 institute with a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in Private Equity or a top-tier Management Consulting firm. - Experience in M&A Deal Advisory, including Commercial Due diligence, Sector/Firm Research, Post Merger Integration, and more. - Deep industry experience in CMT, Financial Services, Resources, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Services, or Retail. - Ability to work independently with an Entrepreneurial mindset, aiming at growing the PE/M&A Consulting team and achieving challenging targets.,
