Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Schneider Electric, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the growth and leadership position of the company through preparation and implementation of business cases and strategies. You will play a key role in evaluating market potential, competition, and SEIs prospects, supporting in the deployment of business action plans, and guiding and developing junior team members. Additionally, you will contribute to the solution-based strategy, strategic programs, and business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Support in evaluation, identification, and preparation of business cases for different market segments - Assist in controlling and deploying business action plans to ensure long-term profitable growth - Contribute to the country's solution-based strategy by providing inputs for decision-making - Guide and develop junior team members - Support in the contribution to business cases for strategic programs - Provide inputs and support business development activities and initiatives Qualifications Required: - Location: Bangalore, India - Education: Engineering + Business School Graduate - Experience: 7-10 years in SE businesses, exposure to planning/strategy development, profitability improvement - Other Requirements: Strong analytical capabilities, ability to visualize and formulate scenarios, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to excel in a transversal role As a potential candidate for this position, you are required to have a strong understanding of SE businesses and exposure to planning/strategy development. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical capabilities, the ability to excel in a transversal role, and lead and implement new initiatives. A combination of engineering and business education, along with 7-10 years of relevant experience, will be beneficial for this role.
