Job Description

Role Overview: As a Fulfillment Japan Consultant in the Supply Chain and Operations practice at Accenture, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your role will involve developing and executing technology transformation strategies, overseeing implementation projects, and optimizing digital capabilities for business efficiency. You will help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for tomorrow with a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and implement Oracle Digital Core by operating at the intersection of Business and Technology. - Support business assessment and roadmaps for clients, advising on Oracle Supply Chain functionality and new features. - Demonstrate the differentiating factors of Fusion SCM and explain the value proposition to clients. - Conduct business blueprint workshops for SCM modules including Procurement, Planning, and Inventory. - Streamline logistics cycle of warehouse management including inbound logistics, outbound logistics, internal warehouse movements, and advanced SCM functions. - Define knowledge discovery in databases related to SCM modules. - Support technical consultants in tasks related to configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and post Go-Live support activities. - Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts, reviews, and process improvements for capturing and leveraging knowledge. - Develop cutting-edge points of view and articles to enhance Accenture's equity in the market. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience in Oracle Applications solution design, business case development, testing, and deployment. - 2+ project lifecycle experiences in Oracle ERP or Fusion applications implementations. - Domain knowledge in supply chain management areas such as procurement planning, logistics, and warehouse operations. - Understanding of Oracle project lifecycle and integration aspects with other modules.
