You must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 7 years dedicated to B2B marketing, solution marketing, or integrated campaign strategy. Essential qualifications include expertise in crafting messaging for complex solutions, leading cross-portfolio marketing initiatives, and collaborating effectively within a matrixed organization. Proficiency in written and verbal English communication is a fundamental requirement. Preferred qualifications encompass familiarity with industrial automation, knowledge of Rockwell Automation's product portfolio, experience in M&A integration from a marketing perspective, and a track record of executing large-scale global programs.
