As a Brand Representative at RarekInd, a premium creative agency, your role will involve being the face of the agency in client meetings, creator collaborations, and various content formats. Your responsibilities will include representing Rarekind, communicating the agency's value clearly in pitches and presentations, building strong relationships with brands, creators, and partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, contributing to closing deals, collaborating with creative and strategy teams, and staying updated on trends in the creator economy. Key Responsibilities: - Represent Rarekind in client meetings, creator collaborations, and content formats - Communicate the agency's value clearly in pitches, presentations, and on-camera formats - Build strong relationships with brands, creators, and partners - Identify and pitch new partnership opportunities - Contribute to closing deals and growing the agency pipeline - Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to shape campaigns - Stay updated on trends, formats, and what's working in the creator economy Qualifications Required: - Strong verbal communication and presence - Social media awareness across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok - Comfortable on camera and in professional settings - Strategic thinker with selling instincts - Ability to handle pitches, people, and partnerships end-to-end - Based in Gurgaon and available full-time on-site If you have experience in brand marketing, influencer partnerships, or sales, or if you have a background in public-facing content or hosting, it would be considered a plus.
