Strategic Projects & Research Manager

As a Strategic Projects & Research Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategy, technology, and market research at our high-growth AI-driven software company. Your role will involve supporting and driving key research projects for the senior leadership team, conducting in-depth analysis of technology and industry trends, and providing actionable insights to drive growth in the Agentic AI market. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and executing strategic projects aligned with the company's key priorities in business growth, innovation, and organizational initiatives. - Conducting deep research and analysis on emerging technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence relevant to our core business. - Developing and presenting insightful reports, presentations, and recommendations to support decision-making. - Partnering with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and incorporate insights into reports, analysis, and strategy development. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a top IIM (or equivalent tier-1 business school in India). - 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or advisory, preferably with a top consulting firm. - Proven ability to analyze technology trends and market developments in software, AI, and digital engineering. - Strong skills in strategy frameworks, business analysis, and executive communication (both written and presentation). - Experience working in fast-paced, global environments. Preferred Attributes: - Located in or willing to relocate to Chennai, India. - Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights. - Comfort working directly with senior executives in a high-visibility role. - Self-starter with exceptional project management skills.
