Strategic Procurement Manager

Location : Bangalore

Shift : 6PM - 3AM

Work Model : Work from Office (Mon-Fri)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct market scanning and analysis and assess industry trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Creation of category strategy, Project procurement plan, supplier score cards
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, presales, GSO,OM, finance, and legal departments, to understand their needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between procurement activities and organizational goals
• Utilize Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to design and optimize end-to-end procurement processes. Document detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each phase of procurement, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Create detailed reports and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate insights
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations to inform decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven support for strategic initiatives.
• Utilize visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to present data in a clear and engaging manner.
• Apply analytical tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R to conduct advanced data analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
