At Paisaonclick, we are committed to making access to finance easier, faster, and more transparent. To support our growth, we are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Strategic Partnerships & Alliances team.

Location: Kochi (Work from Office)
Position: Strategic Partnerships & Alliances – Executive
Experience: 0 to 1 year in B2B relations (preferably in BFSI, fintech, or related industries)
Education: BBA or MBA graduate
Compensation: ₹2.4 LPA (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and other financial partners
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
• Assist in negotiating and structuring strategic alliances
• Contribute effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Passion for relationship-building and business development
• Ability to adapt to startup culture with a proactive problem-solving approach
