Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve

    $50,000 in monthly B2B sales

    through independent stores.
  • Ensure all transactions are

    asset-based only

    , with upfront payment.
  • Develop pricing strategies and close profitable deals.
2.

Client Acquisition & Retention

  • Close a minimum of 4 new clients per month.

  • Secure

    2+ recurring, long-term retail partners

    monthly.
  • Build a loyal customer base and manage accounts directly.
3.

Outreach & Proposal Management

  • Make

    50 cold calls per week

    to potential clients.
  • Send

    10 personalized proposals per week

    , backed by product knowledge and strong pricing offers.
4.

Client Interaction & Market Development

  • Act as the

    main representative for the U.S. market

    meet retailers, understand local demand, and close sales.
  • Identify opportunities in new states/cities and expand presence accordingly.

Operations & Documentation

    for all deals, contracts, and reports.
