Job Description

As a Strategic Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our white label partners, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure their satisfaction with our digital solutions, digital marketing, and web design and development services. Your main goal is to drive partner success, foster long-term relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our white label program. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our agency and white label partners, developing a deep understanding of each partner's business model, goals, and pain points. You will be responsible for equipping partners with the necessary resources, tools, and knowledge to effectively deliver our services under their brand. Proactively managing partner accounts, monitoring service performance, and addressing any issues promptly will be crucial to ensuring partner satisfaction and success. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and campaigns. Leading the onboarding process for new white label partners and providing training and ongoing support on our products, services, and processes will be part of your responsibilities. You will also collaborate with partners to identify new growth opportunities and expand their service portfolio with our digital solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role within the digital marketing, web development, or digital solutions industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing and web development services, are essential. Experience with white label partnerships and technical knowledge of web development and digital marketing tools and platforms are highly desirable. You should also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
