Role Overview: As the Strategic Partner - Doctrine & Systems at PxITBS, your role involves defining and governing the architecture of both internal and external systems. This high-level position requires merging strategic intelligence with organizational design to shape structures, frameworks, and doctrines for PxITBS's global expansion and institutional governance. Key Responsibilities: - Design and refine PxITBS's core doctrines and operational frameworks. - Lead cross-division integration between People, Policy, and Systems. - Oversee the creation of governance models for new initiatives and verticals. - Collaborate with the Grand Council of Doctrine & Strategy (GCDS) on policy and doctrine development. - Draft and ratify Doctrine Accords, strategic charters guiding PxITBS operations. - Represent PxITBS in high-level strategic and doctrinal sessions. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in strategy, systems design, governance, or organizational leadership. - Proven ability to build, restructure, or scale complex organizations. - Strong grounding in systems thinking, institutional logic, or policy architecture. - Excellent analytical, writing, and leadership skills. - Comfortable operating within non-traditional, doctrine-led organizational systems. Preferred: - Background in law, policy, consulting, or institutional management. - Experience in founding, advising, or governing large or mission-driven entities. - Understanding of global governance or sovereign-style structures.
