As an experienced professional with 8-12 years of experience in the Human Resources department focusing on HR strategy execution, organization development, project/program management, and transformation initiatives, you are sought after for a high-impact role. Your previous exposure to working within a Project Management Office (PMO) setup, particularly in a strategic HR or transformation context, will be highly valuable. **Key Experience:** - Demonstrated ability in program management and stakeholder management, with a successful track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives in complex organizational settings. - In-depth understanding of HR functional areas like organization design, leadership development, and change management. - Experience in collaborating with internal senior stakeholders and external consultants when necessary. - Proficiency in utilizing AI-driven tools and platforms for project management, HR analytics, communication, and reporting. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Act as a key member of the Strategic HR Initiatives team, overseeing high-priority transformation programs that enhance organizational and leadership capabilities. - Serve as the primary point of coordination among external consultants, internal HR teams, business leaders, and other key stakeholders. - Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring clarity on accountability, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for transformation initiatives. - Monitor project progress diligently, proactively identifying risks and issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions. - Assist in the design, implementation, and integration of new organizational frameworks, leadership models, and capability-building initiatives. - Create and deliver high-quality communication, presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership updates and governance forums. - Work across functions to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives while maintaining a focus on user experience and business outcomes. - Drive change management efforts to facilitate the adoption and sustainability of transformation initiatives throughout the organization. - Stay updated on external market trends and best practices to recommend enhancements in transformation and talent strategy endeavors. - Support leadership in crafting strategic narratives, internal communication strategies, and change champion networks to accelerate the momentum of transformation efforts. Your strategic execution, program/project management, stakeholder management, organizational development expertise, analytical & problem-solving skills, communication & presentation skills, agility & adaptability, and proficiency in MS Office tools (PPT, Excel, Word) will be crucial in excelling in this role.,
