Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Online Bidder cum Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and securing projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. The role also includes lead generation, client communication, and building long-term relationships to grow company revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
• Write effective and customized proposals to win new projects.
• Handle initial client communication and understanding of requirements.
• Work closely with the technical team to prepare estimates and solutions.
• Generate new leads through online platforms and LinkedIn.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Meet monthly bidding and project acquisition targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on bidding activities and lead status.

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Good understanding of IT services, web development, or digital marketing projects.
• Ability to write professional proposals and client messages.
• Basic understanding of sales pipelines and business development.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.
• Basic technical knowledge of websites, apps, and digital marketing services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Business Development, Sales, or Online Bidding experience preferred.

Experience:-

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience

Salary: Rs 20000 to Rs 30000 per month

Qualification:- MBA or any Marketing specialist
