Strategic Analyst

Job Title:

About Us:

• Build and maintain dashboards / KPI information, through Power BI/ Excel/ Service Now/Salesforce, to provide the relevant stakeholders with detailed insights into current & forecasted performance
• Assist in the production of weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly group analysis packs for senior management/ board meetings
• Perform deep dive commercial/ industry/ product analysis to aid stakeholders with decision making
• Track and analyse KPI performance and inform stakeholders of meaningful trends
• Take responsibility for data integrity and best practise within the marketing and sales org. ensuring accuracy and consistency is maintained
• Assist in driving system/ operations improvements/ changes to enable data accuracy and improved data capture points for future analysis
• Produce ad hoc reporting as requested
• Work on bespoke projects as identified by the Sales Operations Director

Qualification & what you have

• BSc in computer science, similar field of study, or similar commitment to technology

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or Business Analyst
• Strong Excel knowledge and skills

• SQL and Power BI

  is a must
• Business partnering experience, preferably with Commercial departments

• Data modelling and data migration (mapping, extracting, converting and loading).

• ServiceNow and Salesforce knowledge would be advantageous

Shifts:

• Flexible to work in shifts as and when necessary

• Problem solving skills applying appropriate analysis methods and techniques.
• The ability to test and challenge current thinking
• Experience in developing organisational reporting
• Focus on quality and detail with ability to identify gaps and critically think through analysis.
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders.
• Establish respect and credibility with other team members, peers and senior stakeholders.
