Strategic Account Manager/Business Relationship Manager

As a Key Account Manager at Wisefolks Media & Entertainment LLP, your role is crucial for nurturing and expanding relationships with valuable clients. You will be responsible for client relationship management, strategic account growth, project oversight, performance monitoring, proposal & presentation, problem resolution, and market insight. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives. - Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing key accounts, including upselling and cross-selling services. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. - Monitor account performance, analyze client feedback, and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients. - Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently. - Stay updated on industry trends, client industries, and competitor activities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven experience in key account management, client servicing, or business development within the media and entertainment industry. - Prior experience working with or within media houses, production houses, YouTube channels, radio channels, or PR agencies is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Strong understanding of sales principles, client lifecycle management, and growth opportunities. - Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
