STP Vendor Account Management Analyst

Role Overview: As a part of Reckitt's Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will play a crucial role in executing vendor onboarding and maintenance activities while ensuring compliance and accuracy in vendor documentation and master data updates. Your contribution will be instrumental in supporting process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing supplier experience across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Execute vendor onboarding and maintenance activities in alignment with global STP policies. - Validate vendor documentation and ensure accuracy of master data updates. - Perform GR/IR reconciliation and assist with vendor statement matching. - Identify data quality issues and escalate for remediation. - Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across regions. - Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and delivery partners to maintain compliance and enhance the supplier experience. Qualifications Required: - Exposure to shared services or global process-driven environments preferred. - Understanding of compliance requirements, internal controls, and audit readiness with strong attention to accuracy. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. - Ability to manage high-volume transactional activities while maintaining quality and timeliness. - Effective communication skills for documenting findings and reporting exceptions clearly.
