STP SCADA Operator

Salary: ₹35,000 In-Hand + PF

SCADA Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor

  STP, ETP, RO, and WTP

  using

  SCADA/HMI interfaces

• Manage treatment processes:

  MBBR, SBR, MBR, Ultra Filtration

• Daily equipment checks:

  Pumps, Valves, Compressors, Centrifuges, Clarifiers

• Maintain accurate logbooks,

  flowcharts, spreadsheets

  , and operational reports
• Perform

  LOB (Line of Balance) testing

  and ensure treated water quality meets standards
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team
• Understand and troubleshoot

  PLC-based automation

  systems
• Follow all

  safety, environmental, and regulatory

  guidelines (e.g., CPCB/SPCB norms)
• Maintain chemical dosing levels and records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation or related field

• 5+ years

  of experience operating

  STPs

  and allied systems
• Strong command of

  SCADA, HMI, and PLC

  systems
• Ability to interpret P&ID diagrams and process flow charts
• Familiarity with

  BOD, COD, TDS, pH, and other water parameters

• Experience working with

  chemical dosing systems

  (chlorine, alum, lime, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word) for reporting
• Ability to work in shifts (if required)
