Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store/Shift Manager-India. The Store/Shift Manager will manage day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, oversee retail sales, and maintain organization. Additionally, the role involves training staff, handling communication with team members, and creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Retail Sales experience and strong Organization Skills
• Experience in Training and developing staff
• Proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the food service industry is beneficial
