As a Stores Trainee at Dynamic Prestress (India) Pvt. Ltd. in Nashik, your role involves ensuring the timely issuance of materials aligned with production plans. Your responsibilities include: - Kit materials stage-wise at least 3 days before the production requirement date, address any shortages within 3 days, and issue materials in SAP according to the production schedule. - Proactively handle any delays in material delivery and assist in audits and inspections of inventory by internal auditors, statutory auditors, and bankers. - Implement corrective actions for non-moving materials and manage all activities related to material inward and outward processes. - Verify and complete the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) of materials after verification with purchase orders and relevant documents. - Manage rejected materials separately and ensure their timely return to vendors with proper documentation. - Verify purchase documents as per GST rules and ensure timely submission to the Accounts department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Continuous improvement of processes with a strong focus on timely delivery. - Maintain material housekeeping with safety measures and implement FIFO and 5S principles. - Provide necessary reports and inputs for management reviews, ensure on-time documentation and compliance, and implement SOPs for key processes. - Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety standards, and focus on self-development, data management, and MIS accuracy. Key Skills required for this role include planning, organizing, management, technical aptitude, analytical ability, and effective communication. Knowledge of SAP/ERP, store management, inventory techniques, taxation regulations, safety practices, and material handling is essential. Qualifications for this position include being a graduate or HSC pass with either no experience or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
