Job Description

Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of goods, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure that all incoming materials match purchase orders in terms of quantity and quality.
Organize and maintain store layout for easy access and tracking of stock.
Issue materials to departments (e.g., kitchen, event setup, production) based on approved requisitions.
Keep accurate records of all stock movements — receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the management.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the storage area.
Coordinate with procurement and accounts for stock replenishment and documentation.
Monitor stock levels and alert management before items run low.
Manage equipment and event material storage (e.g., décor items, lighting, catering supplies).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
