Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage daily inventory operations for Muktaa Wellness across all branches. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, placing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely stock availability at every center.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily inward & outward stock entry on CRM / inventory system
• Maintain stock levels across all branches and ensure smooth stock flow
• Conduct regular branch visits to physically verify stock, expiry dates & storage conditions
• Stock auditing & reconciliation with CRM records vs actual physical stock
• Coordinate with Doctors, Managers & HO for stock demand / consumption forecasting
• Raise purchase requests & place orders with approved vendors
• Follow-up with suppliers for material availability, pricing & delivery timelines
• Track delivery notes, GRN, bills & vendor invoices for timely processing
• Maintain database & documentation of every inventory cycle
• Ensure safe handling & storage of wellness products, consumables & equipment
• Highlight shortages, pilferages, damages or misuse immediately to management
• Support late-night restocking / emergency branch requests when required

Skill Requirements

• Hands-on experience with inventory management / storekeeping
• CRM knowledge & computer literacy (Excel / ERP / Tally or similar) mandatory
• Strong follow-up, documentation & coordination capability
• Flexible for day & night shifts and open to travel across branches
• Ability to work independently with ownership mindset & accountability

Preferred Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory, logistics, store operations or purchase coordination
• Experience in spa / salon / hospitality / pharmacy industry will be an advantage
