Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage warehouse operations in a retail supermarket or hypermarket setup.
The role involves supervising the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining proper warehouse documentation.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating loading and unloading activities, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
The position requires strong leadership skills to manage warehouse staff, monitor performance, and maintain workflow efficiency.
The Store Warehouse Supervisor must work closely with procurement, logistics, and retail operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain functioning.
Prior experience in godown or warehouse supervision within retail or quick commerce is essential.
