Store Trainer

Shyaway is a leading Indian lingerie and intimate wear brand dedicated to empowering women with comfortable, stylish, and body-positive products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and brand values. - Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, including in-store training on fitting consultations, customer interactions, and store policies. - Deliver ongoing training workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions to reinforce skills and address performance gaps. - Work closely with the Retail Manager to identify training needs and provide regular updates on training progress. - Observe and coach store associates on the shop floor to reinforce training and provide one-on-one feedback to improve performance. - Create and update training materials, maintain accurate training records, and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and employee feedback. - Act as a brand ambassador, modeling Shyaway's values during training and store interactions. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Fashion Retail, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in retail, fashion, or lingerie/intimate wear sectors. - Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong understanding of retail operations, empathy and sensitivity in handling intimate wear training, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to analyze performance metrics, and passionate about retail and customer-focused.
