Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse
Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of stock
Maintain FIFO or other inventory methods as per company policy
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system data
Prepare and maintain reports related to stock movement, shortages, and damages
Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams for inventory requirements
Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward stock
