Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Supervisor at Vatika Hotels Private Limited, located in Gurugram. The Store Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the store, manage inventory, and ensure that all processes are followed efficiently. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The role also involves training new staff and assisting in sales activities and promotions.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and ability to manage staff effectively
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build relationships with customers and team members
Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a high-quality customer experience
Excellent Communication Skills, including both verbal and written
Proficiency in Customer Service to address and resolve customer issues promptly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in management or hospitality is preferred
