Store Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor at Burgundy Brand Collective located in Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns with tact and diplomacy, managing retail operations such as cash, inventory, and shelf life, and generating management reports to aid in merchandising plans. Additionally, you will efficiently execute store opening and closing protocols and lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. To excel in this role, you should have 1-5 years of experience in Retail Sales, possess excellent customer handling and communication skills, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities. Your structured approach to engagements will contribute to the smooth functioning of the store and e-commerce order fulfillment process. This includes overseeing order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
