Role & responsibilities Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, including answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with purchases. Sales: Driving sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products and services. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory levels, receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting stock checks.
