You should have 0 to 3 years of preferred experience and a high school diploma. Proficiency in English is required, knowledge of Tamil is a plus. As a member of our team at Wedtree EStore Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for greeting and directing customers according to their needs, providing detailed information about our products, addressing customer queries, and assisting with their purchase decisions. Cross-selling of products will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will ensure that products are adequately stocked and maintain accurate records. We are looking for individuals who are young, energetic, and dynamic, possessing excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Sales and customer service skills, along with extensive knowledge of the merchandise we offer, are essential. Interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly are also highly valued.
