Key responsibilities Pre-camp planning Overall, he responsible for Target setting, site selection and permissions, publicity and mobilization, logistics and procurement, team and resource management, budgeting etc… During-camp execution On-site setup and management: Oversee the complete setup of the camp, including registration desks, waiting areas, diagnostic testing stations, and Optical testing & optical dispensing counters.
