• Review patient medical histories and prescriptions to avoid harmful drug interactions or incorrect dosages.
• Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications, general health advice, and how to manage chronic diseases with medication.
• Maintain accurate records of medications, patient profiles, and controlled substances.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to review treatment plans, adjust prescriptions, and ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked with the necessary medications and supplies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical field.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and other support staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
