Store Sales Executive- Retail (Apparel)

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism. You will need to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to them. It will be your duty to present and demonstrate products, highlighting their features and benefits. Processing sales transactions accurately using POS systems will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs will be a key focus. Additionally, you will be expected to upsell and cross-sell complementary products, maintain an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor, handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns professionally, participate in promotions and in-store events, and collect customer feedback to help management improve services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets - Experience with POS systems is a plus - Customer service experience is preferred (Note: The job type for this position is full-time and permanent.
