Job Description

The Store Operations Manager- Tanishq will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across store compliance, hygiene, vendor management, and maintenance. This role demands a strong focus on audits, process adherence, and service quality, while driving continuous improvement in store standards and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance & Audit Management

Ensure adherence to OCG audits, internal and external audit protocols.
Oversee compliance processes including frisking, fraud prevention, Karigar room checks, and service process audits.
Proactively manage and resolve any audit-related discrepancies.

Store Hygiene & Service Excellence

Maintain top-class store hygiene standards.
Supervise backend service operations, ensuring satisfaction and efficiency among admin staff.

Vendor & Staff Management

Manage end-to-end vendor operations related to housekeeping and admin staff.
Liaise with agencies to ensure timely staffing, quality service, and contract compliance.

Store Maintenance & Complaint Reduction

Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure optimal store maintenance.
Drive initiatives to reduce complaints by 10% quarter-on-quarter.
